His team works closely with advisors to offer clients a holistic wealth planning approach with customized insurance solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to this, Tom was a senior manager with the Family Office Services Group, where he guided a team of financial, tax and estate planning specialists to deliver comprehensive financial plans to high-net-worth clients. In this role, he quickly realized the true value of bringing all aspects of wealth planning to a client in an integrated manner\u2014across many areas of expertise\u2014and drawing on many different subject matter experts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His career with RBC started in 2002. As a branch manager in Toronto, he successfully created and maintained cross-enterprise client relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tom currently holds his Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Personal Financial Planning (PFP) and Chartered International Wealth Manager (CIWM) designations. He graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with an honours bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business Administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An avid sports fan, Tom currently lives in Toronto with his wife, two
